Good Eye Photography Package

For a limited time, we are offering an introductory package for $500.00. We will photograph your listing up to 2000 square feet. You will get 35 photos, a MatterPort interactive video, & a floor plan. Each additional 1000 square feet is $150.00

Good Eye Staging Consultation:

Our Good Eye Staging Consultation Site Visit is a 1 to 2-hour review of the property's interior & exterior. Your seller will be provided with a 3 to 5-room staging plan. This step is required if you wish to hire us to stage a property. This consultation is being offered at $250. Even if you decide to stage the property yourself, you’ll get a 3-room staging recommendation list – based on 20+ years of experience in the field. This $250 will be applied to your staging project, if you move forward with us.

Good Eye Staging:

Upon deciding to move forward with Good Eye Staging, we will provide your seller with a “Full House” staging plan including fees for furniture installation and rental. The cost of the consultation will be applied toward the furniture installation & rental. The final price will be determined based on the number of rooms, the number of pieces, the installation, and the total number of months rented. It is recommended that the length of the rental covers through the appraisal. (Consultation is required as a first step.)
